3 Frozen Pop Recipes You Need This Summer

True or false - summer doesn’t officially start until you’ve enjoyed a frozen treat. We’re leaning toward “true,” which is why we love these three frozen pop recipes. They’re hydrating, bursting with fruit and the perfect way to cool off during a sizzling summer day.

The following three recipes are measured for these frozen pop molds, but any pop molds, or even an ice cube tray, will work.

Watermelon and Basil Pops 

Prep time: 5 min. Servings: 6 (1 pop)

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ c. seedless watermelon chunks
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves
  • ½ c. water

Directions

Add ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth. Fill all six frozen pop molds carefully, using a funnel. There will be some remaining liquid.

Serving Tip: This can be enjoyed as a frozen pop or a delicious summer mocktail! Once frozen, simply remove the pop from the mold, slice in chunks and serve with club soda. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!

Mango and Yogurt Pops

Prep time: 5 min. Servings: 6 (1 pop)

Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • ⅔ c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 ½ T. honey
  • 3 T. water

Directions

Add ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth. Fill all six frozen pop molds carefully using a funnel. If the consistency is too thick, use one of the pop mold sticks to swirl around in the funnel to help speed up filling each mold.

  • 2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ c. coconut water

Directions

Add ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth. Fill all six frozen pop molds carefully using a funnel.
