Treat yourself to a TOPS Co-Ed Retreat at Pilgrim Pines located in Browns Flat, NB Canada in Sept 21-26, 2025 (Sunday - Friday- 6 day retreat).

At this retreat, we focus on helping each other take and keep off pounds sensibly. We center on improving eating habits, increasing physical activity and increasing positive attitude while making new friends. Sessions target a variety of topics including nutrition information, self-esteem, and goal setting.
